Mass mailing sent to a Group, but only 10 of 14 in the Group were sent the mass mailing.

...seems to give answer for how to include all of group in the mass mailing by editing database, but each time try to send mass email to a Group, the number of addressees is less than the number in the Group.
Does that mean we need to edit the database for each mass mailing to send to all of the group addressees. ?
