Hi any plugin who allowed registered user to close your own thread
this outdate and stolen plugin wont use it
also i need plugin who allowed only specific group to use it
^ it allows specific groups to close/open threads. however I could not understand the other part of your response.
anyway, please search at
Mods section and find a better plugin for your requirement.
