Is it possible/how to setup an FAQ page on a forum site ?

Something like the 'Help' page...
/forum/misc.php?action=help
...only an 'FAQ' page ?

Or maybe just add to the 'Help/FAQ' page with edits/adds of 'misc_help...' templates ?
