How can I resolve the following? MyBB 1.6.9.

I received the following message from a member:

Quote:Good morning, I was getting messages saying my inbox is full so I went to clear it out. Now that it is empty, I am still getting notifications that my inbox is full at 100% capacity. How can I fix this?

He needs to clear his Trash folder.

I'm getting a member say they're inbox is full and recieved notification of this but the trash & everything is deleted
apparently this has been going on for a few weeks now
