I have an issue with my site, When i click on a profile right under admin options and just above moderator options is this

i have asked many people who said its a template issue, ive search through the templates and cant find it.. Please help me

That's the code of the Goodbye Spammer plugin. You should find it in the member_profile_modoptions template:

Admin CP -> Templates & Style -> Templates -> *your theme's templates* -> Member Templates -> member_profile_modoptions

Find {goodbyespammer} and remove it.
