I want any plugin or some script to do this type of job.

If any member post a link in thread or post
ie: http://www.google.com or http://www.yahoo.com it will automatically convert to something like this.
http://www.mysite.com/links?http://www.google.com or
http://www.mysite.com/links?http://www.yahoo.com
