Yeah there are many very good free themes nowadays - What you plan sounds quite interesting though can't wait to see it .

Definitely very unique themes and many themes to select from now.

Regarding my plans, I want to do something that is stunning to the eye and uses modern frameworks such as the Flat UI framework.

Thank you but I definitely don't think of myself as a senior person in technical terms. There are loads of experienced users who have joined after me.
