Each MyBB theme has a default logo setting, but not all themes use the default setup (my forum's rarely ever do) so it is a case-by-case basis, but in most situations (the default theme for example) go to ACP -> Templates & Style -> Default Theme and look for the logo setting (scroll down)--
Other times you may have to look through the style sheet or the header template to locate the logo.

login to the admin control panel>> styles and template>> click on your theme>>>scroll down near the bottom you will see board logo
