Hello, I am a novice coder, just wanted to make a new style for sale and much liked by neonglow audentio, if I do a similar style to neonglow (of course, graphics and code written by me), it does not violate any copyrights?
It's my main point is that if the distribution of the elements will be similar, because the artwork is completely different.
I ask because I do not want to have any problems with copyright.

If you're not using Audentio's code, images, and other stuff they created in the theme then I assume it's alright since you're not actually stealing anything.
