We've had a problem saving theme css files. I get a /403.shtml every time I try to save global.css or save my personal signature; but oddly, not when I save a template.

I believe this is part of the rare login problem we have that I can't solve.

I have been to the login problem thread and our cookies are set properly.

mod_security is not enabled.

error log shows this kind of thing:

[Tue May 21 10:31:35 2013] [error] [client 123.123.123.123] File does not exist: /home/username/public_html/403.shtml, referer: http://domain.com/forum/adminfolder/index.php?module=style-themes&action=edit_stylesheet&tid=5&file=global.css&mode=advanced

any ideas?

mod_security is not enabled.

Today the host showed me that mod_security IS enabled, even though it did not show up in php info.

Could a support staff look at the config? (I could send it via PM)
Instead of disabling it completely, I'd like to fix the config if possible.
