I'm having problems with the Friendly URL Module of the Plugin.

When I try enabling the SEO Friendly Url and visiting a Forum or Category, I get an error like:
/Forum-Announcements-Site-News-Suggestions-Feedback was found on this server.

have you added .htaccess file ?
navigate to plugins page and look at Google SEO plugin. it provides required guidance.

Yes. I have uploaded the .htaccess.txt file to my directory and read the documentation from http://mybbgroup.com/mybb-google-seo-ins...ybb-1-6-5/

^ hmm., that guide is not perfect. by any chance have you replaced inc/functions.php file ? no need of it.
what does Google SEO plugin report at the plugins page ? have you clicked on the link which says apply changes to core files ?

I haven't replaced functions.php. I just Uploaded the files, Activated the Plugin, Configured Modules and Applied Changes to core files and finally uploaded htaccess.

You should also add robots.txt to the root of your site, to prevent robots from visiting No Permissions Page.
The plugin provides robots.example.txt
