Whenever I switch over to display posts in classic mode my avatar is way off. How can I fix the avatar size to be the same like the horizontal post layout?

Also, how do I delete the white row on the top of my avatar that says "Author and Message" (highlighted part)?

1. turn on classic postbit mode and give test url.
2. remove all code from showthread_classic_header template (in Show Thread Templates)
