admin panel >> themes >> active theme >> IconColumn.css >> Edit Stylesheet: Advanced Mode
>> find #icon_column at the beginning. below of it, change top: 160px; to top: 280px; and save it.
hard refresh your browser (CTRL + F5) on forum's index page.

Even if i do 350 or 400, it doesn't matter. Probably there is a limit?

Try top: 50% !important;

If i edit the css, the icon disappears and comes only back if you uninstall - install it.
