Unable to edit a stylesheet in the AdminCP editor...

This is the same site where I just upgraded it from 1.6.9 to 1.6.10 and the site would not use my theme even though it was set to default.

However, I could not edit the theme because of Mod_Security.

So today I've been testing and with mod_Security off, I was able to open global.css from AdminCP and save it. The forum then did switch to our theme, theme3/global.css.

However, the next time I tried to open this stylesheet, I've gotten this error.
It does not matter if I am in simple or advanced mode, the screen looks the same with the same error:

MyBB cannot parse this stylesheet for the simple editor. It can only be edited in advanced mode.

The theme seems to be corrupt. You might have to re-install it.
