I recently converted Talk Thailand to MyBB and went with a MM red theme. I need to do something with the logo and green sign up message. Any ideas how to clean it all up

It's a nice red theme. I think the logo should be bigger though
As for the news bar, just change the hex codes in the styles listed below to something red (I'd assume)
background: #D6ECA6;
border-top: 2px solid #8DC93E;
border-bottom: 2px solid #8DC93E;
Looks like it's in the index template.
In this case, the logo is waaaay to small, imho it needs to almost touch the ads. I like the red and the gray, very nice combination.
While it's a very simple change from the default mybb theme I think you did a tremendous job. It looks very clean. Congrats.

labrocca I used your inline ads and members country flag mods, they are great well done. Is there a flag with just a ? mark or something for members that haven't selected one yet. Currently I have the US flag as default (.gif)

Dennis can you suggest the colour codes for the red for the announcement banner, I really have no idea about colours
I have been trying to find a simple banner rotator for MyBB, can anyone recommend one. Also is it possible to put a banner in a category heading (as opposed to a forum heading)

You can set default.gif to just a transparent 1x1 gif.
We have made a few changes at Talk Thailand to make it more attractive
We are still using the M&Ms Red Theme
lol I like to call it that
We have done a new header, added colour coordinated Google ads and a banner rotator. I think it looks OK now

i would replace the forum status buttons (off.gif, on.gif etc.)
you will certainly find another icons for these.
