When i lock a post people are able to post still using the quick replye box help!
When you lock a thread, only moderators and administrators will be able to reply to them. All others should get a "No Permission" page if they try to post.
Create a test member account for yourself. I find it useful to test permissions and functions of the site for normal users.
Oh LOL my mod reported the bug, no wonder!
