In some occasions I've found that it is sometimes useful to see (in the Admin CP Moderation Queue) whether a post has just been posted and was sent to the moderation queue automatically, or a post which has been manually unapproved. The reason is sometimes I unapprove things to be hidden, but kept for records. Thus, this gets mixed with all the new posts being moderated.

Anyone have any comments?

I agree... maybe a link at the top or something to choose "Show manually unapproved posts" or something?
