I returned to my site after a long spell of being away from it and it looks like this: http://sportsforum.comli.com/

I don't have a clue how to get a theme on it, everytime I select a different theme it's still like that but with the selected themes icons, but no background colours or anything..

Suggestions?

check CHMOD of cache and cache/themes folders. should be 0777

They were 755, I changed it to 777 then 0777 but it changed nothing. Huh

^ hard refresh your browser (CTRL + F5) on your forum. I can see the theme loading.
