instead of direct html you have to use manual MyCode in posts (eg.1, eg.2)

Isn't it a good idea to try another editor plugin then? with a lot of options already included?

How's that much code? But the MyCodes aren't secure because of multiple (.*?) so I wouldn't recommend them anyways.

As for editors, I recommend this: http://community.mybb.com/thread-132680.html Doesn't have many table options but that's changeable in the JS file.

Seems to be a nice editor, but I don't see any installation guide, and I definitely do not want to screw up on this

So how do I install this?

Put the folders into your forum root (so where other folders like inc, images, admin, jscripts etc. are) -> activate it -> configure in settings -> enjoy
