is it possible? because i spent hours translating all files into lithuanian language, making skins etc and now i have this stupid problem. there is no such feature in other forums, so i would like to turn it off.

It is turned off in each forum by default unless you turn it on. Check each forum in the Admin CP to make sure it is disabled.

When you edit the forum, look for the settings:
Moderate New Posts
Moderate New Threads
Moderate New Attachments
And set them all to "no"
