If some activation emails failed to send, is there a way, I can make the hosting resend all the ones that fail or resend the ones for awaiting activation accounts?

If it is a problem with the hosting, then you can contact the hosting provider. For e-mailing users from admin cp, you can use this plugin:

EDIT: The plugin is only for newly created users and may not work for your scenario. :-\

I solved the issue with the host. I just gotta resend the activation emails.to inform users that are unaware.
