Just banned someone for 2wks yesterday, under time remaining, it says 1 week. However, the correct date of when it is to be lifted is listed where it should be. What's going on with my ban panel?

As I was saying on IRC, the ban panel currently doesn't state the ban remaining in a very precise manner.
Thus if you ban for 2 weeks (2 weeks, 0 days, 0 hours, 0 minutes, 0 seconds), the second after you place the ban, the timer will count down:
1 week 6 days 23 hours 59 seconds
1 week 6 days 23 hours 58 seconds
1 week 6 days 23 hours 57 seconds
1 week 6 days 23 hours 56 seconds
1 week 6 days 23 hours 55 seconds
1 week 6 days 23 hours 54 seconds
1 week 6 days 23 hours 53 seconds
1 week 6 days 23 hours 52 seconds
MyBB only shows the "1 week" part because it is not 2 weeks anymore; it's less than 2 weeks.

Maybe it should round up? And round to 1,5 weeks and such?
