Question: Is there a mod that can allow a member of the administrator group to author a new reply from the account of another forum member?

Scenario: I'm running a Play-by-Post RPG site and it is sometimes necessary for the GameMaster/Administrator to author brand new posts on behalf of Players/Registered Users. Common reasons include impersonating a character if they are charmed, sharing the duties of authoring a particular pet/NPC, etc.

I am already using the Account Switcher mod to allow myself and my players to easily switch between their own characters and NPCs, but it's not able to do what I need (for security reasons, a sub-account can only be attached to one master account).

Any suggestions short of actually resetting a user's password and logging in as them?

you can try using this plugin --> admin can log in as any user
