i installed it using zantisco
and now my forum is just called "Forums"
How do i change the title of the main page

You can do it in Admin CP -> Board Settings -> Change -> General Configuration -> Board Name

Thanks for the prompt reply. There's one more question, recently i lost my forum. Is there a way of backing up all my posts and threads as well as members
