Hello guys, I've been searching the web all night and can't find a theme similar to this

That theme is buggy and glitchy, and also using CSS Sad
Anyone know a similar theme to that one, which isn't too blocky etc?

What's wrong with using CSS? That's how themes are made. Without CSS you would have no themes.

Which part of theme is buggy and glitchy, I am using it and I don't encounter any glitches.
