i was interested in a plugin/or else, called something like "how did you find us"(e.g.youtube, google, facebook, other) on the Registration. Is there a plugin or tutorial, whatever out there?

You could do this using the custom profile fields in your acp -> configuration -> custom profile fields. Or you could just make a thread for it, either way works
Hmm, it should be not displayed on their profile or a thread which would be too inconvenient. It should be just like a poll and they vote while they register. The results might come to the acp or on anywhere else. My question was, if there is a plugin like that, anyone knows?
I couldn't find a plug-in when I was looking a couple of years ago, so I use a custom field. Check the result after registration and add it to a thread in the Staff Room.

Hide on profile: Yes
Only mods or admins can see the result on profiles.
Not a plug-in but it works fro me.
