Can anyone give me a link on how to transfer my database and not lose anything and the steps to re install and get it working?

I searched and I can't find anything!

To restore on the new host, using something like PHPMyAdmin just import it.

How do I re upload the database on my new host?

Make sure your account has permissions to import databases. You'll need to contact your host about this.

i talk to my hoster and he told me that i can do....now i got this error

Yes.. becuase you exported you db from PhpMyAdmin with that name 'bluecafe_mybb10' so you must have the promession to import with the same name prefix (bluecafe_).. if not
so you have to export it via you ACP and transfare it to the new host. with any good dumb script
