MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
145 - Table './dgfx_fff/mybb_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
Query:
UPDATE mybb_sessions SET uid='1', time='1370458353', location='/index.php?', useragent='Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:21.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/21.0', location1='0', location2='0', nopermission='0' WHERE sid='bf5e8af855611bb8648e92d1278a1c14' LIMIT 1

run this SQL query

repair table mybb_sessions 

Says #1046 - No database selected

Host Tells me
It appears there is a monitor running on that server
You wont need to fix anything once it is brought back up the site should reload correctly

^ navigate to your forum's database (through database manager) then click on SQL tab to run the query.
