Hello, I wanted to change my Forum width so that the Forum board would fit the hole page, but this Theme just doesn't seam to want to work.
Here is what happens when I try and adjust the width:

^ it appears that apart theme is not the default theme and we cannot see what happened when you tried adjusting its width
The Apart theme has now been set as Default.
^ in global.css of the Apart theme,
#container width is set to 940px --> remove it or make it min-width
.wrapper width is set to 200% --> remove it (it has min-width and max-width)
