I'm using the same plugin ^^^ and have just merged from a phpBB and was asking the same thing elsewhere as we had a simple 'likes/liked' format before I wanted to continue over.
I did indeed edit the thx.lang.php file as said above by the effone & it worked swimmingly

ACP > Configuration > Languages > English (Edit Language Variables) > thx.lang.php

Edit the strings as you need.

Just for example. Change the appearance of strings further as you need.
