I am with out a doubt a 100% mybb newb.

If i make a mybb forum, do i need to find someone to host it, or is it already hosted?

Nope, when you download the mybb file, you'll need a website host.

ok, which is the best free host you guys recommend for it?

Probably x10hosting.

Since for byethost it lags if more than 2 people are online.

x10hosting has quite a bit of downtime in my experience.
