I'm trying to find a site I visited a couple months ago, it was a website oppressing design contests because it kills the design industry. I'm certain it was discussed on here as well at one point but it escapes my memory. I'd also like to know what the term for this is called. I saw that logo contest thread in R/S/J and it sparked my interest and I wanted to do some research on that topic.

tl;dr: what is the proper term for design work that is done through contests?

Is it exploitsourcing?
