Humm. You haven't done any customization or even changed the default theme. I don't see the point, it's a MyBB Support site? Isnt that what the MyBB Community is for?
Suggestions, you need a custom theme(or at least a pre-maid one) and you don't really have any forums or much to offer user(members need a reason to join and post).
