admin panel >> configuration >> settings >> Show Thread Options >> Post Layout -->
select Display posts using the classic layout and save settings

user control panel >> edit options >> Thread View Options --> select Display posts in classic mode and update options

if required, you can force all users to use classic post bit style by using this plugin
