Installed a fresh copy of MyBB 1.6.10 to a server and keep seeing this code at the bottom of the forum.... My other MyBB forum does not show this. I have noticed that logging in redirects me back to the index NOT logged in as well.

That is debug info. Shown only to Administrators.
You can disable this from:
ACP > Configuration > Settings > Server and Optimization Options > Advanced Stats / Debug information
