I have installed google seo, however when I try to search any thing on google about my site I hardly get any results about the threads
My site is already registered with google.
Google shows my site when I type the name of the site but got done reason if I just copy paste a given tittle of any post google does not shows any result

Did you sitemap your site with google ?

How old is your forum?
There are a lot of factors, just installing google seo won't help you. You need to make sure that you have HQ posts and no spammers. Also, you might want to change the dynamic thread urls to static ones, it can be done via a .htaccess file, google it.
