1. Edit header template. Add another <a>s with links to banlist, roster etc. If you don't know HTML even a bit, look how the other links are made and copy one of them.
2. Move {myshoutbox_XXX} where XXX is your own key below {$header} or wherever you want in index template.

favicon.ico image to your forum root.
