I know this is possible 'cause it's on HackForums.

When members who are NOT upgraded click on the "VIP" tab, I want it to redirect to the upgrade page.

What templates would I need to enter?

No. That's not what I mean. I want to put a piece of code on one of the forums, so when a user that isn't upgraded clicks on the upgraded section, it will redirect them to the upgrade page. When upgraded members click on it, they get access to the forum..
