Sidebarmybb is, but only on the home page
How do to Sidebarmybb was also in sections (departments) and topics?

The 2nd issue can be fixed by editing this line:

find_replace_templatesets("index", "#".preg_quote('{$forums}')."#i", '<table width=\'100%\'><tr><td valign=\'top\'>{$forums}</td>{$sidebarmybb}');

Change both instances of {$forums} to the thing you want to be wrapped. If it sahould wrap more than 1 thing, more advanced code will be needed.

The 1st issue - you'll need to hook into forumdisplay and threads like it's done for index + insert the sidebox code by wrapping something once again. I doubt anyone will be wanting to do it for free for you while there is a plugin which offers exactly the same and much more (mentioned above). So good luck.
