Hello, i receive a lot of registration from yandex emails. All of them are spam. So i think if i can block them in some way will help a lot. Thanks for help.

Blacklist the mail addresses from:
ACP > Configuration > Banning > Disallowed Email Address.
If you wanna handle the already registered users you can filter them out using:
ACP > Users & Groups > Views > Manage Views > Create New View
And set the unwanted mail domain name in "Email address contains" field. Then execute the view and get those users.

Well i have done this, but still have registration with this emails. This is my registration page - http://letsplanmywedding.com/registration.php that register members in all the website, inclusive the forum.
