hey guys is there any way by which i can restrict a member or a group of member's from giving reputation ?

admin panel >> users & groups >> groups >> click on a group (Edit User Group) >> Users and Permissions (tab) -->
Reputation System --> Can give reputations to users?

Sure there is a way. Simply untick the "Can give reputations to users?" option from group permissions. Or create a serperate group and move members you do not want to be able to give rep, to this group.

Users & Groups -> Group -> Options -> Edit Group -> Users and Permissions
