MyBB Version: 1.6.10 (for the test forum and for the site I'm asking on behalf of).

I'm coding a skin at the moment and the person it is for has asked if it is possible to have usergroup colours show up globally. Using the ACP's usergroup settings and styling the usergroup's colour through that does not make it global.

Is there a way to do it? It appears to be that usernames do not have a custom class assigned to them, and as many of the basic structures to MyBB are merely contained in generic tds, I'm not sure how to go about this.

Or is there a mod for this?

What do you mean by this statement.

Through styling the usergroups from ACP like below example:
<span style="color:#055393">{username}</span>
This will work in the forum. Where are you excepting the usergroup colors? on Portal? or some where else?
