It will probably be the first responsive mybb skin and the first ever retina-friendly forum skin. (I honestly know none)
Apart from that it will come with some other features never seen before on mybb and i'd like to keep them secret for now. Except for the messages/conversation dropdown. I'm working on making it happen so you can expect that to feature in the skin.

Among other functionality additions is the user-action box that shows up when you hover over someone's profile link. You'll get to see this kind of feature in dazzle first; Which, btw will be out soon

Share you thoughts/ideas, would love to hear them
Amazing skin.

Nice to see you after a long time, Tushar. Smile
Nice!
Working on a responsive template/theme as well, I'm pretty far in so you might not be the first...
We'll see. Toungue

How did you make the inbox dropdown without a plugin?
Or does it come with a plugin?

I'll wait for official 1.8 release before doing this for mybb so if you are doing yours for 1.6 then you indeed will be first

Like i mentioned in the post i'm working on it. It won't be a plugin (you'll have to wait for the theme to release before you can see how it actually works). I might drop this feature if my implementation is not secure or affects performance though.
Truly beautiful, great job!
Are you planning to add any thing besides forumbit? The space besides it depicts something like this.

Edit: ... And please do not take me wrong but the name "supernova" is already being used for a phpBB theme, you may change yours to something else before someone criticize.

Your theme is absolute amazing and I hope you'll be able to release it quickly since I'm going to buy this one for sure. Big Grin
Looks great. Smile

What's the big deal about responsive themes?
Very nice! You've gotten a lot better.

Thanks for letting me know. Appreciate it. I might change the name if i come up with a better one but i won't change it solely over people criticizing.
It's not a problem unless the name is trademark or something

Thanks. You have, too. I hope we'll get along this time

Over the last year responsive design has become a very big deal. This is because tablets and mobile device usage is increasing rapidly. Traditional websites aren't useful on tablet and smaller devices and that is where responsive design shines
It looks really nice - is it responsive or adaptive though? Adaptive is a lot easier of course Toungue

How does the header look on a phone?
