I have just freshly installed myBB (v1.6.10) and i'm not having much luck changing the theme.

I have read many instructions of how to do it, so I think I understand the process, but maybe i'm going wrong somewhere.

I know to FTP the image folder for the theme to the images folder of MyBB, import the XML file, and then select this theme with the green arrow to make it default.

The main problem i'm having is that when I install a theme it doesn't install for all the pages. Here is how it stands now...

To be honest this isn't even the theme I really want to use, the one I want is the Legend Purple theme but when I installed that the same way it seemed like the theme was installing but the images were not displaying.

Can anyone figure out what the problem is?

Thanks for the advice. Clearing the browser cache fixed the problem and allowed me to import the Apart 1 theme successfully.

However the Legend Purple theme still doesn't install properly. Looks like none of the image files are loading.

Could it be that this is an old theme which isn't compatible with the latest version of myBB?

Been going round in circles deleting and re-importing but still no luck.

^ make that Legend Purple theme as the forum's default theme and check forum in another browser / computer
