it is a core feature of MyBB (no plugin is required). which theme you are using ?

admin panel >> templates >> Default Templates >> User Control Panel Templates >> usercp -->
check if {$latest_subscribed} exists in the code (it can be like below)

{$latest_subscribed}
{$latest_threads}
