I've installed a theme but am having great difficulty changing the postbit colour to blend in with the main background.

I've changed trow 2 ect to the colour I want but nothing seems to be changing.

after changing the color have you hard refreshed your browser ? can we have your forum url

Change background color of .post_body in global.css of your theme.
