It says "If your avatar is too large, it will be automatically resized."

Everytime I try to upload an avatar that's too big, it just shows this:

check the setting's via ACP

it should be like this
Avatar Resizing Mode
Automatically Resize Large Avatars

The settings are set to that.

It only works if you are uploading a picture from your computer rather than using an url.
