How do I fix it up?

admin panel >> configuration >> settings >> Posting --> Show Thread Review <-- set to No and save settings

See how it has five "hide post contents"? I only want one.

No, I imagine this is a plugin but what I'm trying to ask is. There's obviously a duplicate code in the edit page, what is the template file you think that I'd find the duplicate code in?

Fixed it, it was under editpost in editpost template had a list of {hpc}{hpc}{hpc} in-case anyone after me is wondering. Thanks for your help M.
