When i try to login in the Administration Login it says Your administration session has expired. what does that mean?

It means you have been inactive too long and you need to log in again. It's a security feature.

But i can't log in and right below the login box it writes something like this

Fatal error: Call to a member function run_hooks() on a non-object in /home/vol2/byethost31.com/b31_185993/gecommunity.byethost31.com/htdocs/forum/inc/functions.php on line 146

and i have not login for only 3 hours?

It's a PHP 5.2.0 issue. Related to shutdown features.

Well since i can't login and can't do anything guess i have to make it work but where do i have to edit, i mean to say where is this file inc/class_core.php ?

You have to overwrite the existing on your server with the new one.

i did overwrite it but the problem is still coming?

??? now what is wrong?

Do you have index.php uploaded in that folder? CHMODed correctly?
