I'm currently looking for two plugins:
  • Post count required to PM
  • Post count required to view links
I've searched Google and MyBB.com multiple times but no luck.

For post count required to PM, can't you just have a usergroup that users get auto-moved to once they hit a certain amount of posts? Give that group PM privileges but don't to the initial group.
